Privacy Policy

1. Summary

The Mac app is designed so you can open and read files on your computer without creating an account. We do not run a user account server for reading. Optional in-app purchases use Apple’s StoreKit; Apple processes payment data, not us.

2. What the Mac app does

• Reads user-selected local files (for example CBZ, ZIP, EPUB) that you open via Open dialogs, drag-and-drop, or library roots.
• May store app preferences, reading progress, recents, and security-scoped bookmarks on your device so the App can reopen files you chose.
• May cache extracted page images and cover thumbnails in your Mac’s app cache directory for performance. You can clear this cache in Settings.
• Does not require an internet connection for core local reading.

3. Data we do not collect (app default)

By default the App does not upload your manga files, library paths, or reading progress to our servers. We do not show ads, and we do not require sign-in to read.

App Store Connect privacy labels for the App should match this local-first behavior. If a future feature (for example optional network libraries or analytics) collects data, this policy and the App Store privacy nutrition labels will be updated before that ships.

4. Purchases

Optional Lifetime Premium is purchased through Apple In-App Purchase. Apple handles identity and payment. We receive an entitlement signal via StoreKit on your device so Premium features unlock; we do not receive your full card details.

5. This website

This support website is a static site hosted on Vercel. The host may log standard request data (for example IP address, user agent, and request time). Contact is by email only; if you email us, your message is handled like normal email. Do not send sensitive personal data or content you are not allowed to share.

6. Children

The App is a general file reader and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
